Lynn D. Pratt
Lynn D. Pratt is a professional artist and signature member in the American Watercolor Society, Women in Watercolor and multiple others.
Lynn paints in a photorealistic style which she adopted from her background in architecture and her love for detail and perfectionist nature shows in her paintings.
She is an award-winning artist, demonstrator, juror and watercolor instructor and showcases her work in solo shows and international exhibitions. She has been featured on television and print including Splash, Watercolor Artist, Artscope and The Artists Magazine.
Lynn loves teaching watercolor and finds inspiration from sharing her love of the medium with others with in person classes and her Let’s Paint Patreon Online School.
Lynn started Women in Watercolor in 2020 and runs the International Women’s Organization.

Daniela Werneck
Daniela is a self-taught figurative watercolorist who strives to create paintings that resonate with the public. Her background in caring for children in foster care has made her a more sensitive person, which deeply influences the emotional narrative she seeks in her art. Her work is innocent, romantic, and pure, conveying feelings of freedom and hope. Like fairy tales, Daniela’s paintings tell stories and portray an emotional narrative, revealing deep feelings and thoughts.

Lana Privitera
Originally from Spain, Lana Privitera graduated in 1983 from the Fine Arts School of Zaragoza, where she majored in Fashion Design and Art History. After working in Advertising for a few years, she moved to the USA in the early 1990s. In recent years, her Realistic watercolor Still Lifes have gathered a long list of top awards both in National and International art competitions. Her work has also been featured in many occasions in diverse prestigious publications, both in the USA and abroad.: “Watercolor Artist Magazine”, “Artist Magazine”, “Plein Air”, “L’art de L’Acquarelle”, “Pratique des Arts”, “Arts & Illustrators”, and SPLASH 21, 22, 24 & 25. She is a Signature Member of many leading Art Societies in the USA, including the AWS, NWS, and TWSA.

Michelle Nixon
Michelle Nixon holds a BFA in Visual Art and a master’s in the Sociology of Aesthetics from Brigham Young University. A signature member of NWS, WFWS, and UWS, her work has been recognized in national and international juried exhibitions, earning top honors in the NWS International Exhibition. Selected for the 2024 Artist Residency at the Center for LDS Arts in New York, she explores the intersection of the social and aesthetic in her work. She examines how shared human experience shapes composition and design. Dedicated to promoting watercolor, she lives in Hyde Park, Utah, with her husband and five children.

Silvia Monge
Silvia is the IWS Costa Rica country head, a member of the Advisory Committee of IWS and a Brand Ambassador of Daniel Smith Artist and Materials. She is a renowned Costa Rican artist who throughout her career has developed in different artistic techniques. Currently, her focus has been more towards watercolor and glass and, above all, to experimentation in both techniques. Her training has been consolidated over the years and this has been reflected in multiple national and international awards in America, Asia and Europe. She has participated in biennials, festivals and exhibitions in more than 35 countries. Invited to give workshops in United States, Spain, France, Mexico, Portugal, Chile and Costa Rica. Her art is in museums in Mexico, Portugal, Italy China, United States, Turkey, Costa Rica and in many private collections. She has also been invited to be a member of the jury in watercolor and glass competitions in Russia, Austria, Honduras, Turkey, Bulgaria, Ukraine, Ecuador, Chile, Argentina, and Costa Rica.

Lorraine Simonds
Lorraine Simonds is a British-Canadian artist celebrated for her atmospheric and emotive portraiture. Known for her vibrant yet nuanced brushwork, she captures the depth of human experience with a striking balance of control and spontaneity. Her work seamlessly weaves together Eastern and Western artistic influences, creating compelling narratives in watercolor. Lorraine holds a Bachelors in Fine Art with a focus on conceptual arts and, after a hiatus from visual arts, returned to painting as a self-taught watercolorist. She is an International Brand Ambassador for Rockwell Art Canada and an esteemed instructor, sharing her expertise through recorded courses and live workshops. Her work is housed in private collections globally.

Jennifer Annesley
Jennifer Annesley B.F.A., C.S.P.W.C., S.F.C.A., A.W.S. is an internationally recognized Canadian artist whose work is exhibited and collected worldwide, including in the Royal Collection Trust of King Charles III, housed at Windsor Castle. She is an elected member of the Canadian Society of Painters in Watercolour, the Federation of Canada Artists, and the American Watercolor Society. Her painting career began in 1989 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree and her work has since received significant honours including the highest watercolour award in Canada, the A.J. Casson Medal. Exploration of historic architecture and Canadian landscapes through travel is the cornerstone of her work. Jennifer’s precisely detailed paintings are recognized for their dramatic sense of light and atmosphere, achieved by an unconventional use of watercolour. She is represented by Canada House Gallery and White Rock Gallery (Canada.)

Marie Françoise Ingels
Marie’s work is oriented towards abstraction where she completely frees her imagination, which allows her a very personal expression through emotions. Graphic research, colors, structure and texture are important elements of her work as well as free, dancing and musical gestures. Marie participated in numerous competitions, fairs and exhibitions where she had the honor of receiving several prizes and distinctions. A teacher at heart, she likes to share her passion through her courses and internships. The exchanges with the interns nourish her and her artistic work. For Marie, art is pleasure and joy of living; and she tries to convey this message through her watercolors and classes.

Reyhan Ardakanian
Reyhan Ardakanian is an Iranian artist best known for her Tea Collection, a series of watercolor paintings inspired by Iranian traditions and her personal experiences. She embarked on her watercolor journey in 1996 and has since dedicated herself to exploring the endless possibilities of water and pigment. Her Tea Collection reflects a deep connection to cultural heritage, blending tradition with introspective concepts. Reyhan is a Signature Member of Women in Watercolor and the founder of the virtual watercolor school “Little Watercolor Home.” During the COVID-19 pandemic, she founded the “Little Watercolor Town” on Telegram, offering free educational content, translations, and resources to support watercolor enthusiasts in Iran. Reyhan holds a degree in Graphic Design, and her watercolor works have received numerous national and international awards in prestigious competitions.
